Prof Dr Hj. Amany Lubis, M.A. is the Rector of Universitas Islam Negeri Syarif Hidayatullah, Jakarta. She was appointed as chairperson of the Indonesian Ulema Council for Women, Youth and Families for the 2015–2020 period.
